Diet and Clinical Nutrition

Food is our medicine. Working with diet includes the therapeutic application of specific foods, and behavioural and lifestyle counselling around eating behaviours, I also like to uplift clients nutritionally by supplementing vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to target specific aliments or deficiencies.

Mind-Body Medicine

Mind-body medicine is all about connection. It recognises the role the mind can have on health outcomes, understanding the mind influences the physical body and conversely the physical influences the state of the mind. Mind-body medicine is a traditional practice involving the use of yoga, mindful breathing, and meditation to allow connection back to the self.
