I’m Rhi, a degree-qualified naturopath and nutritionist specialising in gut health and the gut-brain connection. My own health journey led me through confusion, uncomfortability, trial and error — and ultimately, transformation. It wasn’t until I received personalised, holistic care that things began to shift. When I healed my gut, I began to return home to myself.

Flore envelopes intimate, individualised care with modern medicine and traditional values. I like to combine the subtle inherent healing capabilities of each person with education and empowerment, fostering a safe space for learning, healing, and growing. Together, we’ll explore what your body is really trying to tell you — and create a path to deeper vitality, clarity, and calm.

Modes of Flore.

  • The landscape of naturopathy is forged around the use of plant medicine, coupled with the adherence to the naturopathic philosophies of vitalism (an innate intelligence of living organisms) and holism (the body is a complex adaptive system that exists as a unified whole), it is a realm that bridges traditional and biomedical methods of healthcare.

  • Food is our medicine. Working with diet includes the therapeutic application of specific foods, and behavioural and lifestyle counselling around eating behaviours. I also like to uplift clients nutritionally by supplementing vitamins, minerals, and other nutrients to target specific aliments or deficiencies.

  • Mind-body medicine is all about connection. It recognises the role the mind can have on health outcomes, understanding that mind influences the physical body and conversely the physical influences the state of the mind. Mind-body medicine is a traditional practice involving the use of yoga, mindful breathing, and meditation to allow connection back to the self.
